Sign in with Email Address

Step 1: Visit BYDFi through any browser available

Step 2: Press the Login button at the upper right of your screen

Step 3: Click The Email Tab

1. Enter your BYDFi Registered Email

2. Fill in your Password

3. Click Login

Sign in with Phone Number

Step 1: Visit BYDFi through any browser available

Step 3: Click The Mobile Tab

Step 4:

1. Select your Country/Region and enter your BYDFi Registered Mobile Number

2. Fill in your Password

3. Click Login

Sign in with Email Address

Step 1: Open BYDFi App you downloaded on your phone. You also click BYDFi iOS App or BYDFi Android App to open BYDFi App.

Step 2: Press the Login button at the lower right of your screen

Step 3: Click The Email Tab

Step 4:

1. Enter your BYDFi Registered Email

2. Fill in your Password

3. Click Login

Step 1: Download "Testflight" in Apple Store or Click here to download BYDFi iOS App

Step 2: Click the "Continue" Button


Step 3: Copy the link below and open it via "Safari" on your phone

Step 4: Click Free Installation and then click Allow





Step 5: Click to BYDFi on Downloaded Profile; then click Install




Step 6:

1. Click Install

2. Enter Passcode

3. Click Done

Congratulations, you have installed BYDFi App successfully!

Notes:

1. Updating: If there is any new version, you can update it directly through TestFlight.

2. In case of failure of the new version, you are able to switch to the old version.

BYDFi App Android

Step 1: Open Google Play, enter [BYDFi] in the search bar and press [search]


Step 2: Click Install


Step 3: Return to your home screen and open your BYDFi App to get started.

Can I open multiple accounts?

BYDFi currently supports one Email or one Mobile Phone Number for only one trading account registration.

Why I cant log in to BYDFi?

Please check if the login ID and password you entered are correct.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password?" And entering the login ID to receive the verification code, then reset your password.

If you still can not log in, please contact BYDFi customer service immediately, we will help you as soon as possible.

What if I forget my login password?

If you forget your login password, you can click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, follow the instructions to enter the email or mobile phone verification code and reset the password.
